Book a Function Room

Welcome to The Park where we can cater for your wake and event needs on site. Set in a peaceful, natural landscape, Café at The Park is perfectly positioned for you to celebrate the life of your loved one.

Featuring two purpose-built rooms, wakes and events can be booked for up to 75 people before or after your funeral service, as well as private event hire. The Park Crematorium will be able to advise you of the cost for room hire.

As part of our wake packages, we offer a range of buffet choices from our supplier Fully CATERed which range from simple teas and coffees to a gold standard buffet. There is a minimum order for 12 people and in order to book the function room you will need to have an idea of how many people are attending.

We have a facility for a bar at no additional charge for bottled alcoholic and soft drinks to be purchased on the day. For an additional cost drinks packages can also be purchased. Should you not wish to have the facility then please let us know.

Important information

No additional furniture, decorations, lighting, pyrotechnics or floral tributes are allowed into the building.
The booking and associated extras cannot be amended within 48 hours / 2 working days of the date/time of the event.
Only food provided by Fully CaterED can be consumed on the premises.
Only alcohol provided by C&G Catering can be consumed on the premises.
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the room prior to the event as this would exceed Fire Regulations
Payment is non-refundable.
